Treaty or International Agreement

Title of Agreement, Party A-Party B, date, volume number volume name, page number.

Notes

If there are only two parties, you must include them. If there are more, you can choose to include them or not. If the United States is one of the parties, it should be listed first.

There are a number of sources for treaties; include as much information in your citation as your source does. Some examples include volume number, page number, or item number.

For more information, see the APA Style Blog post on treaties or the Bluebook.
