Exhibit Lunch and Learn: “First President: How George Washington Created the Office of the President.'

Professor Tim Dixon of Farquhar College, NSU, will give a talk on George Washington and how he shaped and formed the office of president of the United States.

This program  is part of a series of held in conjunction with the Alvin Sherman Library exhibit, The Many Faces of George Washington.

'The Many Faces of George Washington' is a national traveling panel exhibition produced by the Mount Vernon’s Ladies’ Association in conjunction with the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. The traveling panel exhibition is supported by a generous grant from the F.M. Kirby Foundation.
