Adults: Early Identification of Autism and Developmental 'Red Flags'

Psychologist Melissa Hale of the UM-NSU CARD office will present a lecture on Red Flags and Early Identification of Autism.

This presentation will cover information development across the first few years of life, with particular emphasis on developmental problems that may be suggestive of autism or other social-communication difficulties. Specific 'red flags' will be described. In addition, we will cover what to do next of a child is displaying concerning behavior.

UM-NSU CARD is an outreach and support program serving people with autism and related disabilities, their families, and professionals who work with them.
