Tour the NSU Medicinal Healing Garden (reserve your spot today!)

Tour the NSU Medicinal Healing Garden.  Come and tour the new NSU Medicinal Healing Garden where you will learn about the medicinal properties of the garden’s plants. Guiding the tour is Dr. Carsten Evans, assistant dean of Continuing Education at NSU’s College of Pharmacy. In the heart of the garden is the largest Reflexology Pathway in Florida and the U.S. East Coast. Reflexology is based on the ancient Eastern practice of stimulating various pressure points on the feet to restore body balance and well-being. During the tour you’ll have an opportunity to walk the Reflexology Pathway.

We will meet in the library atrium before heading out to the garden. The tour will be held rain or shine. Please bring a light raincoat in case of rain.

Please note that the Medicinal Healing Garden is not a source of medical advice or a guide to self-medication. Harvesting plant material, flowers, or seeds from plants in the Medicinal Healing Garden is strictly prohibited. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional in your area for advice on using medicinal herbs.
